DD Bio Splint C – Innovative Polycarbonate

DD Bio Splint C blanks consist of a highly crosslinking hightech polymer based on a medical polycarbonate. This innovative material was developed as an ideal material for CAM manufactured bite splints. Using CAD/CAM technology, you will achieve a perfect fit with no re-machining. With a scan system and the DD Bite Splint module exocad, you can build splints with adjusted surfaces. Thanks to this manufacturing process, the material is absolutely free of distortion and strain for a perfect fit.

Indication:

DD Bio Splint C are transparent dental milling blanks out of PC for the manufacture of splints, therapeutic splints, bitegovernors and drilling templates for the permanent application in the oral cavity up to 30 days.
